Jepara, one of regency in Central Java, Indonesia, has experienced a wave changes caused by modernization and globalization that occurred at the national level, which resulted local level. The have dynamics shifts several fields, such as spatial, social, economic, cultural fields. This paper tries to see society due with entry Foreign Manufacturing Companies (FMC) Indonesia. These suchas cultural. research was conducted on people who started arrival FMC within decade. By using qualitative an ethnographic approach conducting in-depth observations interviews community around factory leaders. results show 2013 brought spatial planning, much land being converted. In addition, significant change for Jepara is absorption many productive workers, ultimately increasing their economy. However, existence also provides lifestyle change, namely changing culture community, especially socializing surrounding environment, hedonism, disorder indriving. above should be serious concern from relevant agencies or institutions so becomes conducive adaptive area industrial without losing wisdom its people, always simple, religious, optimistic.
